BEDELL CELLARS

2001 Merlot--This merlot has lush cherry flavors with hints of strawberry and raspberry. Firm tannins lead to undertones of licorice and cola that cleanse the palate. Enjoy with duck, tuna steaks and lamb.

2003 Late Harvest Riesling--Picked at the peak of perfection, quickly frozen and then slowly fermented over several months, the 2003 Late Harvest Riesling exhibits exotic flavors of ginger, peach, pear and mango. It is best served alone or with treats like biscotti or foie gras.

2000 Cabernet Sauvignon--This Bordeaux-style red exhibits lush flavors of black currant and cedar and boasts a long, velvety finish. It is rich and flavorful.

BROADFIELDS

Tasting Room Chardonnay 2003--Classic L.I. chardonnay aromas of green apple with a hint of nutmeg. Round, lively and refreshing on the palate, with soft acidity and a smooth, crisp finish. Fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks and aged in neutral oak barrels for 30 days prior to bottling.

Tasting Room Pinot Noir 2002--Pale ruby color, with distinctive sappy red cherry aromas. Bright red fruit flavors mixed with a hint of earth, soft tannins, and bright acidity on the palate. A single-vineyard wine from one of the North Fork's most promising sources for Pinot Noir.

COREY CREEK

2002 Reserve Chardonnay--One hundred percent fermented and aged in French oak barrels, the 2002 Reserve Chardonnay has aromas of honey and toasty vanilla, with flavors of butterscotch, honey and fig.

MACARI VINEYARDS

2002 Cabernet Franc--Aromas of juicy raspberries and ripe black currants. Light-bodied yet earthy, this wine has the spicy quality characteristic of cabernet francs. With just a touch of olive, this wine is smooth and approachable, with a long, lingering, fruity finish.

Alexandra 2000--After much anticipation, this premium meritage has been re-released. A blend of 69% merlot, 26% cabernet sauvignon, 4% cabernet franc and 1% malbec, these grapes were hand-selected from the best of each block. Alexandra exhibits a majestic ruby color with fragrant aromas of ripe black plums and blackberries with underlying lashes of spicy cloves and licorice.

MARTHA CLARA VINEYARDS

2001 Estate Reserve Chardonnay--Lush, fresh-fruit flavors of juicy peach and ripe pear. Finishes with a rich and creamy mouthfeel.

THE OLD FIELD VINEYARDS

2001 Blush de Noir--A bright, dry, refreshing blush with hints of peach and citrus. One hundred percent pinot noir grapes.

PAUMANOK VINEYARDS

2002 Barrel Fermented Chardon-nay--A smooth, elegant Chardonnay with subtle toasty, yeasty undertones, and brilliant acidity to the finish.

2003 Late Harvest Riesling--A rich, honeyed texture with flavors of apricots, peaches and oranges. A wonderful dessert wine that can be enjoyed with fruit tarts, cheesecake, or all by itself.

PELLEGRINI VINEYARDS

2002 Chardonnay--A great follow-up vintage for chardonnay, this medium-bodied white has loads of pear and vanilla aromas. On the palate, flavors of granny smith apples and almond prelude to a lush finish of oak. Perfect with shellfish, seafood, mild cheeses, light cream sauces.

2003 East End Select RosÉ of Cabernet Sauvignon--Estate-grown cabernet sauvignon and petit verdot grapes were fermented in steel tanks for this bone-dry RosÉ. Citrus aromas and a palate of ripe strawberries unfold to a refreshing finish. An ex-cellent "quaffing" wine for summer.

2000 Cabernet Sauvignon--Blackberry fruit and cassis abound from the glass. Lush, soft tannins define the palate, framed with varietal fruit character and a hint of vanilla in background. This elegant wine has a silky, long finish. Pairs well with beef, aged cheese and chocolate.

1999 Vintner's Pride Merlot--In keeping with the Vintner's Pride series, this estate-grown red is created from the oldest blocks of merlot fruit and produced from a mere fraction of the total fruit harvested in 1999. This red is remarkable during early consumption but will benefit from moderate cellar aging. A fine pairing with game meats, cheeses, grilled vegetables.
